My journey as a photographer began with a serendipitous encounter that ignited a passion within me, shaping the trajectory of my life in unexpected ways.

A Journey Unfolds

Life has a funny way of leading us where we’re meant to be. My journey with photography began in college, surrounded by towering redwoods and the rugged coastline. Inspired by the beauty around me, I picked up a camera to capture those breathtaking landscapes, never knowing where it would take me.

What started as a simple hobby quickly became a passion. I immersed myself in new techniques, experimented with different mediums, and carried my camera on every adventure, eager to tell stories through my lens.

Now, 10 years later, that passion has evolved into a career I’m incredibly grateful for. I bring a decade of experience, creativity, and care to every wedding I capture, helping my couples preserve the moments that mean the most.

A New Chapter Begins

In 2022, life threw me an unexpected curveball when I was laid off. It wasn’t easy, but I’m grateful for the silver lining: in 2019, I had already planted the seeds of my part-time wedding photography business. Taking the leap to go full-time was scary, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Since then, I’ve had the honor of photographing over 50 weddings and filming several more. Drawing on my background in corporate video marketing, I’ve built my business to seamlessly offer both photography and videography. This means my couples get cohesive storytelling without the hassle of hiring separate team. Just one trusted professional to bring their vision to life.

As a photographer, I approach each session with empathy and understanding, recognizing the significance of every moment captured. Whether it's a couple's tender embrace, a family's laughter-filled gathering, or the quiet beauty of nature, I strive to encapsulate the essence of the human experience in every frame.
